Oasis is a three tower, mixed used development and is the second phase of Concord Brentwood's master-planned community. Leading this project, Rochelle took on designing all common areas and amenity spaces throughout the three towers. The design process of these large-scale projects begins with concept and design development, alongside a 3D graphics team. Some, but not all, notable amenities include: a full-size basketball gymnasium, squash courts, bowling alley, swimming pool, fitness gym, and spin studio. The most notable features of all, a rooftop beach oasis, rooftop mini golf and 2 running tracks!
